My latest session at Zenergy was a combination of the healing energies produced there together with a breathwork session conducted by my regular breathwork facilitator, Darren. My weekly sessions with Darren are always profound and produce significant release of stored grief and trauma, however this was my first time experiencing the healing powers of the breathwork combined with those offered at Zenergy. The combination was very powerful, and not only was my emotional release strong but I also felt much more grounded and relaxed following the session. Thomas began his mediation journey age 15 by discovering the power of guided body scan techniques.
