David Shaw is a psychotherapist, Spiritual Medium, Meditation and Energy Guide
He helps people to heal, grow and connect through therapy, spiritual insight and energy work.

This will be a guided meditation followed by a spiritually enriching workshop aimed at nurturing inner awareness, personal growth and collective harmony.

In these guided meditations and Sunday workshops, we will gently walk through seven spiritual steps — each one a doorway into deeper awareness, healing, and connection with the loving energy around and within you.

These steps are not rules, but invitations.
You are welcome to move through them in your own way, at your own pace, trusting your inner knowing as we open to spirit together.
