Join Jenny Moonlight for the Moonlight Guided Meditations with Shamanic Drumming at The Zenergy Centre.

This will be a two hour session, beginning with a welcome and introduction to the event.

Following that Jenny will take you on a journey through meditation, shamanic drumming and a light language channel to assist you as you step through the evening.

A powerful event for personal growth, transformation, healing and activations. Suitable for any stage on your journey.

There will be time to collectively reflect and share after the meditation.

There are blankets provided but feel free to bring a comfy blanket and a pillow. You may also wish to bring water, a healthy snack for afterwards and a journal to record your experiences.

Daoist TC Chi Gong is an ancient system of self-healing. It combines physical re-alignment, movement, energy cultivation, and meditation, to stimulate your innate healing potential.
These relatively simple exercises can be practiced at home. And to enhance your engagement with EES.

This practice can facilitate the rejuvenating effects of the EESystem. Employing relatively simple techniques, we aim to prepare you to open up the stuck areas and to enhance the effects of the positive frequencies of the EESystem. The exercises can be practiced at home in their own right, to release stress, and also to stimulate a reset to your EESystem experience between visits.

Through a combination of instruments including Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drum, gong and handpan he guides his clients on a journey of relaxation and a physical and emotional transformation

This group session is to provide a safe space for support and discussion around any health related topics and will take place in our amazing Zenergy Room. The first one hour and 15 minutes will be sharing and supporting each other with talking encouraged. It will be a facilitator led session. During some sessions we will have an expert facilitator to lead the discussions.
The remaining 45 minutes will be a silent time of reflection.

Join us for this mind expanding afternoon within our amazing Zenergy Room.
