Experience the healing art of Daoist TC Chi Gong with Arun, founder of Leeds Tai Chi Academy.

Daoist TC Chi Gong is an ancient system of self-healing. It combines physical re-alignment, movement, energy cultivation, and meditation, to stimulate your innate healing potential.

These relatively simple exercises can be practiced at home and will enhance the effects of the EESystem frequencies.

We’ve been busy whilst we’ve been closed for a break doing a deep clean and re-calibrating our EESystem

Just like we need some TLC over the holidays so does our system!

Our beautiful Zenergy Room has had a deep clean and the EESystem has been recalibrated ready for reopening on Sunday 5th January at 12pm.

Only 12pm and 1pm sessions are available to enable us to set up for the monthly global meditation at 3pm.

We will be fully open again from Wednesday 8th January with our usual hours of 12pm -8pm Wednesday to Sunday.

All standard January sessions are at £50 off (i.e £20 per hour)



We are excited to be bringing a couple of new events to the Zenergy Centre this month:

On Saturday 18th January Chi Gong with Arun Gujaran from the Leeds Tai Chi Academy.

Chi Gong is an ancient system of self-healing. It combines physical re-alignment within movement, energy cultivation, and meditation, to stimulate our own natural capacity for self-healing. Remarkable transformations are regularly reported such that it is renowned as a "rejuvenation" practice - literally "becoming younger", as the body, energy, and mind start to become refreshed and re-harmonised. This practice can thereby facilitate the rejuvenating effects of EES. Employing relatively simple techniques, we aim to prepare you to open up the stuck areas and to enhance the effects of the positive frequencies of EES. The exercises can be practiced at home in their own right, to release stress, and also to stimulate a reset to your EES experience between visits. 

On Wednesday 22nd January Moonlight Guided Meditation and Shamanic Drumming with Jenny Moonlight.

Join Jenny for the first of many Moonlight Guided Meditations with Shamanic Drumming at The Zenergy Centre.

This will be a two hour session, beginning with a welcome and introduction to the event.

Following that Jenny will take you on a journey through meditation, shamanic drumming and a light language channel to assist you as you step through the evening.

A powerful event for personal growth, transformation, healing and activations. Suitable for any stage on your journey.

There will be time to collectively reflect and share after the meditation.

There are blankets provided but feel free to bring a comfy blanket and a pillow. You may also wish to bring water, a healthy snack for afterwards and a journal to record your experiences.

Your Gut Map Microbiome analysis
Many years ago Hippocrates said "All disease begins in the gut". He wasn't wrong! If we are not fully digesting and absorbing our food how can we have the raw materials needed for essential cell repair and all the thousands of biochemical processes that happen every second.

For access to our regular 1 hour guided meditations and sound baths we ask for a small fee of £10 for the guided or global meditation or £15 for the sound bath to cover the cost of our facilitator.
