Zenergy Blogs

It’s Not Just What You Do… It’s Where You Do It!
We often talk about our Zenergy Experiences?Events — Sound Bath, Chi Gong, Breath of Transformation and now our new Ladies Network.
But perhaps we haven't quite explained what makes attending one of these experiences at The Zenergy Centre different.
Because you are not simply attending a sound bath, doing chi gong or breathwork.
You are experiencing these practices within the energy of the EESystem environment.
And that changes the experience.
It's not just the experience. It's the environment you experience it in.
Our EESystem room has been created as an immersive environment designed to complement relaxation, energetic and frequency-based practices.
So when you combine the EESystem environment with sound, movement, breath, intention and guided experience, you're bringing together different elements that can work beautifully alongside one another.
We believe the EESystem environment can amplify and enhance the experience of energy and frequency-based practices, creating something that goes beyond simply attending a class.
A Sound Bath becomes more than a Sound Bath.
Breathwork becomes more than Breathwork.
Chi Gong becomes more than movement.
It's the combination that creates the Zenergy experience.
And perhaps that's why so many of our events leave people saying that they experienced something they hadn't quite expected.
So which experience is right for you?
Different practices appeal to different people — and you don't have to be experienced in any of them to come along.
Sound Bath with Steve from Sweet Orange Sounds
Experience an immersive sound frequency journey within the Zenergy Energy, carefully curated by Steve, using crystal bowls, gongs, drums, handpan and a variety of other instruments, he eases you into deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
If your mind is constantly busy, you are carrying the stresses of everyday life or simply find it difficult to switch off, a sound bath can provide an opportunity to step away from the noise.
A beautiful opportunity to switch off, relax and recharge.
You might particularly enjoy a sound bath if you're looking for:
Deep relaxation
Time away from everyday distractions
A chance to quieten a busy mind
An opportunity to simply receive rather than "do"
A different way to support your wellbeing and self-care
Chi Gong with Arun Gujaran
Chi Gong combines gentle movement, breath and energetic awareness.
It's a wonderful option if sitting still isn't quite your thing but you still want to slow down, reconnect with yourself and become more aware of your body, breath and the flow of energy in your body.
Within the EESystem environment, the movement and energetic practices become part of a much more immersive experience.
Chi Gong may appeal if you're looking for:
Gentle movement without high intensity
Greater awareness of your body and breath
A way to slow down and become more present
An opportunity to explore energy and intention
Time to reconnect with yourself
You don't need to be flexible, fit or experienced.
Just come as you are.
Breath of Transformation
Most of us breathe without ever really thinking about it.
Breathwork invites you to change that.
Through guided breathing practices, you're encouraged to slow down, connect with your body and become more aware of what's happening within you.
Combined with the EESystem environment, it creates an immersive opportunity to step away from the outside world and turn your attention inwards.
Darren's breathwork helps to combat low-mood, anxiety, and many other negative symptoms of our fast-paced, exponentially quickening society. This breathwork brings with it a great sense of well-being and tranquillity. It will leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected on a profound level, that extends way beyond the session and into your everyday life.
Breathwork may be particularly appealing if you:
Feel that life is constantly "on"
Find it difficult to slow down
Are interested in exploring the connection between breath, body and mind
Want to create some genuine space for yourself
Want to explore releasing stuck energies within your body
And now… something new
Introducing our Ladies Network
This month we are launching something we've been really excited about.
The Zenergy Ladies Network
This isn't about having all the answers.
It's about creating a caring, sharing and supportive environment where women can come together, talk openly, listen to different experiences and perhaps learn something from one another.
Because sometimes another person's experience can make us stop and think:
"I'd never thought about it like that."
And that's powerful.
The intention isn't to tell anyone what they should do.
It's about creating a space where we can share experiences, ask questions, explore different perspectives and become better informed — so that we can make more informed choices for ourselves.
What is discussed in the room stays in the room.
We want the Ladies Network to feel like a safe space to be open, honest and yourself.
No judgement. No pressure. No expectation that you have to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.
Just women coming together, connecting and supporting one another.
Because sometimes connection is part of wellbeing too.
These experiences are more than the £50 you spend.
We know that £50 for two hours might initially look like the same price as a standard two-hour EESystem session.
But that's precisely the point.
For the same £50, you're getting the two-hour EESystem experience plus the facilitated experience.
You're not just coming into the room to relax.
You're being guided through a carefully facilitated practice or experience, within the EESystem environment.
It's an opportunity to explore something different while still receiving your two hours in the room.
And perhaps more importantly, it's an opportunity to experience The Zenergy Effect in a completely different way.
Come for the experience. Stay for the energy.
Whether you've been coming to Zenergy for months or you have never stepped through our doors before, our events are an opportunity to experience the Centre differently.
Sound. Breath. Movement. Energy. Connection. Intention.
Different experiences.
Different people.
Different reasons for coming.
But all within the unique environment of The Zenergy Centre.
So, rather than asking:
"Which experience should I try?"
Perhaps ask yourself:
"What experience do I need right now?"
Maybe you need to relax.
Maybe you need to move.
Maybe you need to breathe.
Maybe you need connection.
Maybe you simply need to try something completely different.
Come for the experience. Stay for the energy.
And who knows… you might discover your own Zenergy Effect along the way.

Take the Driving Seat: Your Health, Your Choice
When it comes to our health and wellbeing, it can sometimes feel as though we are passengers.
We see the doctor when something is wrong. We follow advice from healthcare professionals. We search online for answers. We try supplements, treatments, diets, exercise programmes and all manner of wellbeing approaches hoping that something works. But not everything works for everyone!
And, of course, professional advice and support can be incredibly valuable.
But there is one person who ultimately has to take responsibility for the journey:
You. You should be the one in the driving seat choosing carefully your co-navigators to join you, whether they be your doctor, a nutritional therapist, a personal trainer, energy healer or other professional.
Imagine your health as a journey, your co-navigators are there to help you navigate that journey, they can help you understand the road ahead.
But they aren't driving your car. You are. The ultimate decision on which road to takes is down to you, as nobody knows your body, your experiences, your lifestyle and your day-to-day reality quite like you do.
Taking responsibility for your health doesn't mean ignoring professional advice.
It means becoming an active participant in your own wellbeing rather than simply waiting for someone else to fix a problem.
So, how are you doing right now?
Are you genuinely satisfied with your current state of health and wellbeing?
Not "Am I ill?"
Not "Can I get through the day?"
But:
How do I actually feel?
Do you have the energy you want?
Do you sleep well?
Do you feel calm and able to cope with everyday life?
Do you feel mentally clear?
Do you make time to properly switch off?
Do you feel that your body is recovering from the demands you place upon it?
Are you constantly running on empty and simply accepting that as normal?
And perhaps the biggest question of all:
If nothing changes, are you happy for things to stay exactly as they are?
There's an old saying:
"If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got."
It might sound like a cliché, but there is an important question hidden within it.
If your current approach to your health and wellbeing isn't giving you the results, energy or sense of balance you'd like, what would happen if you tried something different?
That doesn't necessarily mean making huge changes.
Sometimes it can be something remarkably simple.
Perhaps it's going to bed earlier.
Perhaps it's moving your body more.
Perhaps it's changing what you're eating.
Perhaps it's spending less time on your phone.
Perhaps it's creating more space for yourself.
Perhaps it's talking to someone.
Or perhaps it's exploring an approach you've never tried before.
Because sometimes the catalyst for change isn't doing more.
It's doing something different.
Could The Zenergy Centre be your different approach?
At The Zenergy Centre, we believe wellbeing doesn't have to be complicated.
Our EESystem sessions are designed to give you something that can be surprisingly difficult to find in modern life:
Two hours where you can simply stop.
No phone. No emails. No meetings. No rushing around. No demands from other people.
You simply settle into a comfortable recliner, allow yourself to switch off and spend time in the EESystem environment.
For many people, that opportunity to pause is valuable in itself.
And our clients tell us about the difference they notice — from feeling more relaxed and rested to feeling clearer, more energised or simply "better."
Everyone's experience is individual, and there are no guarantees about what someone will experience.
But perhaps the most interesting question isn't:
"Will this work for me?"
Perhaps it's:
"What might happen if I gave myself the opportunity to find out?"
High impact doesn't have to mean high effort
We often think that improving our health requires a huge commitment.
A complete lifestyle overhaul. Hours in the gym. Strict routines. Major changes.
But what if one of the simplest things you could do is simply make time to stop?
You don't need to know exactly what you're going to feel.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You just need to make a choice to give yourself the opportunity.
Book a session.
Arrive.
Get comfortable.
Switch off.
And give yourself two uninterrupted hours.
It really can be that simple.
Your health is your journey
Taking responsibility for your health doesn't mean you have to navigate everything alone.
Ask questions.
Do your own research.
Listen to trusted professionals.
Explore different approaches.
Pay attention to what your own body is telling you.
And then make informed choices about what feels right for you.
Because ultimately, you are the person in the driving seat.
So, what are you going to do differently?
If you've never experienced an EESystem session, why not give yourself the opportunity to see what you think?
Book your first Zenergy session for £25 and receive a second hour free.
The Zenergy Centre provides a complementary wellbeing experience. EESystem sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and individual experiences vary.

A Symphony of Frequencies: What is Really Happening Inside the EESystem?
When you walk into The Zenergy Centre, one of the first things you notice is the light.
Twenty-four EESystem units surround the room, with colourful screens creating an immersive environment that feels very different from everyday life yet it feels like home.
For many people, that's enough. They settle into a comfortable chair, the outside world becomes quieter and they simply enjoy the experience.
But have you ever wondered what is actually happening behind those screens?
The EESystem isn't simply a room filled with coloured lights.
The EESystem technology combines bio-scalar energy, phase-conjugation and bio-photonic light, together with a range of frequencies and patterns. Its purpose primarily is creating an environment for rest, reflection, relaxation and wellbeing, with individual experiences varying from person to person.
At The Zenergy Centre, we describe it as an oasis of calm in a world of chaos a place for your body to reset and recharge.
So let's take a closer look at some of the elements that make up the EESystem experience.
1. Scalar Energy – The Foundation
The foundation of the EESystem technology is bio-scalar energy or scalar waves.
The black units positioned behind our screens are designed to generate the scalar field. Dr Sandra Rose Michael, the inventor of the EESystem describes this as a bio-scalar energy field enhanced by bio-photonic light.
It creates a coherent energy environment can support the body's natural ability to rebalance and regenerate. Part of this is supporting a deep state of relaxation, bringing us out of stress and busyness to allow our bodies to detoxify and restore.
This is an important point, however.
Scalar energy is not the same thing as conventional electromagnetic radiation, and claims about specific biological effects of EESystem scalar fields are not established in mainstream clinical science.
At The Zenergy Centre, we therefore prefer to describe the EESystem as a wellness technology designed to create a supportive environment for rest and relaxation, rather than claiming that it treats particular illnesses.
What we can say is that many people describe their sessions as deeply relaxing, calming and restorative.
2. Schumann Resonance – The Earth's Electromagnetic Frequency
One of the frequencies incorporated into the EESystem environment is 7.83 Hz, commonly associated with the fundamental Schumann resonance. It is also known as the grounding frequency and it is the frequency we are exposed to when we have our bare feet on the earth.
Schumann resonances are extremely-low-frequency electromagnetic resonances that occur in the space between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere.
But is there any science behind the idea that these frequencies might interact with biology?
Interestingly, this is an area of ongoing scientific investigation.
A 2025 review examined possible relationships between extremely-low-frequency electromagnetic fields, including Schumann resonance, and biological processes such as resting membrane potential, ion movement and cellular signalling. The authors suggested that these relationships are worthy of investigation but also emphasised that further research is needed to understand what they mean for human health and wellbeing.
A great book to find out more about the benefits of earthing/grounding is called Earthing - The Most Important Health Discovery ever! by Clint Ober.
3. Fibonacci Sequence – Mathematics Written Into Nature
Look closely at the movement on the EESystem screens and you'll see patterns that are based on the Fibonacci sequence.
The sequence begins:
1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21...
Fibonacci-related patterns occur throughout nature, particularly in the arrangement of leaves, flowers and other plant structures. These spirals are also echoed by our DNA
This phenomenon is known as phyllotaxis.
Scientific research has explored the biological mechanisms that create these patterns. For example, research into plant development has shown how the arrangement of developing organs can approach the characteristic Fibonacci or "golden angle" of approximately 137.5 degrees.
But there is an important distinction.
There is good science demonstrating that Fibonacci-related mathematical patterns occur in nature.
That does not automatically demonstrate that viewing a Fibonacci pattern has a therapeutic effect on human cells although there are some ongoing studies at another EESystem centre looking at telomere lengthening in response to EESystem exposure. This is a good measure of aging as telomeres (these are the caps on our DNA) shorten as we age. Therefore, lengthening of the telomeres demonstrates a reversal of biological aging.
4. Your Body Actually Produces Light
This is perhaps one of the most intriguing parts of the story.
Your cells produce light.
It is incredibly faint—far below what our eyes can see—but scientists can detect it using highly sensitive equipment.
This phenomenon is known as ultraweak photon emission, or UPE, and is sometimes referred to as biophoton emission.
A 2024 review published in Frontiers in Physiology describes ultraweak photon emission as a real biological phenomenon associated with metabolic processes within living systems.
This doesn't mean that your body is glowing like a light bulb!
The light is extraordinarily weak.
But it raises fascinating questions about the relationship between light, metabolism and cellular communication.
The EESystem incorporates bio-photonic light into its screens. Different wavelengths of light can interact with biological processes and form part of the overall energetic environment.
This is where it is important to separate established science from the EESystem's interpretation.
The existence of ultraweak photon emission is established.
The idea that externally applied coherent light within an EESystem environment produces all of the broader health effects claimed by EESystem marketing requires much more evidence.
And that's okay.
Science progresses by asking questions.
5. Why All Those Colours?
The colours on the screens aren't simply there because they make the room look beautiful—although we certainly think they do!
Different colours correspond to different wavelengths of visible light.
And different wavelengths interact with biological tissues in different ways.
Light-based therapies such as photobiomodulation are an established area of research, particularly involving red and near-infrared wavelengths. Researchers are investigating how light can influence processes including mitochondrial activity and cellular signalling.
The EESystem incorporates coloured light into its screens and describes this as colour biophotonics.
The biology of light is real and each colour carries its own frequency and potential health benefits.
🎵 So What Is Actually Happening Inside the Zenergy Room?
Perhaps the easiest way to understand the EESystem is to think about it as a symphony rather than a single frequency.
The scalar field provides the underlying environment described by the technology. The scalar waves carry the other frequencies into the centre of the room where they collide. Because of the laser calibration of the system, so that the diagnonals intersect precisely at the centre point of the room, this produces a double tourus field of energy which is coherent, providing a hyper-healthy environment for our bodies to synchronise with.
The screens introduce light and colour.
Movement patterns on the screens are inspired by Fibonacci mathematics.
The 7.83 Hz Schumann resonance is incorporated into the system.
The result is an environment that is very different from the constant sensory stimulation of everyday life.
And perhaps that is one of its most interesting characteristics.
You are asked to do nothing.
No emails.
No phone calls.
No shopping.
No household chores.
No social media.
No to-do list.
You simply lie back, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to be still.
The experience is designed for rest, reflection and relaxation, with many clients reporting feelings of calm, mental clarity, improved energy
At The Zenergy Centre, we hear versions of this from our clients all the time:
"My mind finally went quiet."
"I haven't relaxed like that in ages."
"I feel like I've pressed reset."
"I feel calmer."
The Nervous System is a Big Part of the Story
This is an area we are particularly interested in at The Zenergy Centre.
We live in a world of constant stimulation.
Notifications. Traffic. Screens. Deadlines. Financial pressures. Family responsibilities. Work. News. Noise.
Even when we are physically sitting still, our nervous system may not be.
One of the things we have been exploring through our VScan HRV assessments is how people respond to their time in the Zenergy Room.
Heart rate variability provides information about the variation between heartbeats and is widely used as a window into autonomic nervous system regulation (this is the balance between our fight/flight and rest/replax/repair responses).
Our own observations suggest that some clients experience positive changes in measures associated with nervous-system balance following sessions. However, individual responses vary and VScan should be viewed as a wellness tool rather than a diagnostic test.
For us, this is where the different strands come together.
Perhaps the most valuable thing the Zenergy Room offers is an opportunity to step away from the noise long enough for your body to experience something different.
At The Zenergy Centre, we don't want to tell you what you should experience.
We want you to experience it for yourself.
Rest. Breathe. Listen. Be still.
And perhaps that's why the experience can feel so different.
The EESystem is an intriguing technology combining scalar energy, light, colour and frequency. Some aspects of its underlying science are established, others are emerging and some remain theoretical.
But regardless of where future research takes us, we believe there is enormous value in creating spaces where people can step away from the demands of everyday life and give themselves permission to rest.
Because sometimes the body doesn't need us to do more.
It needs us to give it the space to do what it already knows how to do.

What is your body trying to tell you?
I recently attended an inspiring event hosted by a local firm of solicitors with an all-female team dedicated to supporting women through divorce and separation. They had partnered with a local domestic abuse support charity to deliver their free workshops, Empowering Women through Clarity, Confidence and Choice.
Those three words—clarity, confidence and choice—really resonated with me.
As a former GP and Functional Medicine doctor, my passion has increasingly become helping people understand what their bodies are telling them. Knowledge can lead to action, and action helps us feel more in control of our health and wellbeing. That, to me, is true empowerment.
I was honoured to work alongside Dr Indra at the Dr Indra Specialist Functional Medicine Practice for eight years before my retirement. During the event, Dr Indra shared a simple but powerful message:
Symptoms don't mean we are broken. They are a sign that our body is doing its job to keep us safe and communicate what it needs in order to heal.
That really made me stop and think.
Are We Listening?
How often do we actually give ourselves the opportunity to pause and listen to those messages?
Life is busy. Many of us spend our days rushing from one thing to the next, juggling work, family and endless responsibilities. Before we know it, we are simply surviving.
When we are constantly under pressure, our nervous system can become stuck in patterns of stress.
Understanding Your Nervous System
According to the Polyvagal Theory developed by Stephen Porges, our nervous system moves between different states depending on how safe or threatened we feel. I often explain this using the simple analogy of traffic lights.
🔴 Red – Stop
This is our shutdown or "freeze" response.
When we are here, we often feel exhausted, withdrawn and overwhelmed. Our resilience to stress is low, and we may avoid social interaction because our body is asking us to conserve energy and recover.
Just like a red traffic light, this state is telling us to stop.
🟡 Yellow – Proceed with Caution
This is the familiar fight-or-flight response.
We may feel anxious, restless or constantly on edge. We can become hypervigilant, easily irritated, sensitive to noise or quick to anger.
Like waiting at a yellow light, we are anticipating what comes next (will it be red or green) but never quite able to relax.
🟢 Green – Safe to Go
This is the state we all hope to spend more time in.
Our body feels calm. We digest food better, sleep more deeply, think more clearly, are more creative, can connect more easily with others and most importantly it is in this state that we can heal.
Green doesn't mean life is stress-free—it means our nervous system feels safe enough to respond flexibly to whatever life brings.
The Goal Isn't to Stay Green Forever
Our nervous system is designed to move between these different states.
We all need moments of fight or flight when facing challenges, and sometimes we genuinely need to withdraw and rest.
The problem comes when we become stuck in red or yellow for days, weeks or even months.
What Gets Forgotten?
When we're overwhelmed or constantly "wired", what are the first things we sacrifice?
Usually it's rest.
Sleep.
Time in nature.
Proper meals.
Moments of joy.
Ironically, these are often the very things our body is asking for.
Healing happens during rest.
Avoid Big Decisions When You're Stuck in Stress
One thing I found particularly interesting is how our thinking changes when we are in the red or yellow states.
When we are stressed, our thinking becomes narrower. We can struggle to see possibilities or think creatively.
If you are facing a significant decision, it can be worth asking yourself:
"What do I need to help my nervous system feel safer first?"
Perhaps it's listening to your favourite music.
Dancing in the kitchen.
Watching something that makes you laugh.
Taking a walk in nature.
Having a good night's sleep.
Booking a Zenergy session.
Even a small shift in your nervous system can help you approach decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
What Does Your Body Need Today?
At Zenergy, we've observed through our VScan heart rate variability (HRV) assessments that many clients experience positive changes in measures related to nervous system balance following EESystem sessions. While everyone's experience is different, many people also tell us they leave feeling calmer, more resilient and in a better frame of mind. Some clients report that problems they were struggling with before they entered the room they gain more clarity and perspective on during the session and can see a way forward.
Sometimes our clients simply arrive and say,
"I don't know why, I just felt I needed to come today."
Whether your body is asking for nourishing food, a walk in nature, an afternoon nap, time with a friend or a Zenergy session, perhaps the most important question you can ask yourself today is:
What is my body trying to tell me?
The answer may be simpler than you think.
We do recommend booking in advance, particularly for our events, but we also welcome walk-ins whenever space allows. If you find yourself feeling that gentle nudge to visit Zenergy, we'd love to see you.
Sometimes the first step towards healing is simply stopping long enough to listen.

Back to the Basics of Cellular Health - The Foundation of Energy, Vitality and Wellbeing
The area of medicine that I have recently retired from, Functional Medicine, is all about understanding the underlying ‘root causes’ of our dis-ease. This got me thinking that if we take it right back to the smallest parts of our body, the individual cells, that it must be about what affects our cellular health.
In the pursuit of better health, it is easy to focus on symptoms, diagnoses, and treatments. But beneath every organ, tissue, and bodily system lies something far more fundamental: our cells.
The human body is made up of trillions of cells, each carrying out thousands of tasks every second. From producing energy and removing waste to repairing damage and communicating with neighbouring cells, healthy cellular function is the foundation upon which all health is built.
When our cells are thriving, we tend to feel energised, clear-headed, resilient, and well. When cellular function becomes compromised, however, every system in the body can be affected.
Every process in the body begins at the cellular level.
Our cells are responsible for:
- Producing energy (ATP)
- Absorbing nutrients
- Eliminating toxins and waste
- Communicating with other cells
- Repairing and regenerating tissues
- Supporting immune function
- Maintaining healthy inflammation responses
For these processes to work efficiently, cells require adequate energy, proper nutrition, hydration, regular movement, adequate and quality sleep, ways to mitigate the effects of chronic stress and an environment that supports optimal function.
The challenge is that modern life often places significant stress on our cells.
Many people feel constantly tired, foggy, or depleted without fully understanding why. While there are many contributing factors, our daily environment can place an enormous burden on cellular health.
What Disrupts Our Cellular Health
Every day we are exposed to toxic chemicals through:
- Air pollution
- Household cleaning products
- Personal care products
- Pesticides and herbicides
- Plastics and food packaging
- Heavy metals
Our bodies are designed to detoxify, but when exposure exceeds our ability to eliminate these substances efficiently, the toxic load can accumulate and overwhelm the cellular detoxification mechanisms.
Stress isn't only emotional. It can be physical e.g from an injury or chemical e.g environmental toxins or related to lifestyle e.g poor sleep. These all influence the body's innate ability to maintain balance.
When stress becomes chronic, the body diverts resources toward survival rather than repair and regeneration. Over time, this can impact energy production, immune function, digestion, sleep quality, and cellular communication.
Our cells depend on vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, healthy fats, and clean water to function optimally.
Processed foods, nutrient deficiencies, excess sugar, and dehydration can all contribute to cellular dysfunction and reduced energy production.
Sleep is one of the body's most important repair mechanisms. During deep sleep, cellular restoration, detoxification, hormone regulation, and tissue repair take place.
Insufficient or poor-quality sleep can significantly impact cellular recovery and resilience.
Movement stimulates circulation, oxygen delivery, lymphatic drainage, and mitochondrial function. A lack of regular movement can slow many of the body's natural cleansing and energy-producing processes.
Modern technology has introduced a range of environmental influences (such as electro-magnetic frequencies (EMFs)) that previous generations never encountered. Many people are becoming increasingly aware of the need to create supportive environments that help the body maintain balance amidst constant stimulation and stress.
Healthy cells don't operate in isolation.
The body relies on a vast network of communication between cells, tissues, organs, and systems. These signals help regulate everything from immune responses and hormone production to healing and detoxification.
When communication pathways become inefficient, the body may struggle to coordinate its many functions effectively.
Likewise, detoxification is not simply about removing toxins. It depends on the body's ability to identify, transport, process, and eliminate waste products efficiently. This too requires energy and effective cellular communication.
Supporting Cellular Health Naturally
While we cannot eliminate every stressor in modern life, we can take steps to support our body's natural ability to maintain balance and function optimally.
Some of the most effective strategies include:
- Eating nutrient-dense whole foods
- Staying well hydrated with filtered water and adding a natural source of electrolytes
- Prioritising restorative sleep
- Managing stress levels
- Spending time in nature
- Supporting detoxification pathways
- Moving the body regularly
- Reducing unnecessary chemical exposures
- Creating environments that promote relaxation and healing
These foundational habits help create the conditions in which cells can perform their essential work more efficiently.
How the EESystem Supports Cellular Health
The Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) is designed to create a supportive environment that promotes energetic balance and overall wellbeing.
Many people are drawn to the EESystem because of its focus on the body's energetic needs at the cellular level. The system generates a unique energy field that is believed to support the body's natural ability to recharge, restore, and self-regulate.
Advocates of the EESystem suggest that spending time within this environment may help support:
- Cellular energy production
- Improved cellular communication
- Relaxation and stress reduction
- The body's natural detoxification processes
- Overall balance and wellbeing
As the body's cells become better supported energetically, many people report feeling more relaxed, refreshed, focused, and revitalised.
Importantly, the EESystem is not intended to replace healthy lifestyle choices. Rather, it can be viewed as part of a broader wellness approach that includes proper nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, stress management, and reducing toxic burden.
Looking Beyond Symptoms
True wellness is about more than simply managing symptoms. It involves creating the conditions that allow the body to function as it was designed to.
When we begin paying attention to what supports our cells—and equally, what depletes them—we gain a deeper understanding of health itself.
By reducing toxic load, improving lifestyle habits, and exploring supportive wellness modalities such as the EESystem, we can help create an environment in which our cells are better able to communicate, repair, detoxify, and generate the energy required for optimal function.
After all, when cellular health improves, every system in the body has the potential to benefit.
Disclaimer: The EESystem is a wellness technology and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences may vary. Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month
This month is Mental Health Awareness Month, and throughout May we want to gently shine a light on the importance of caring not only for our physical health, but also for our emotional and mental wellbeing.
Modern life can place enormous pressure on the nervous system. Many people are living in a near constant state of stress, overwhelm, fatigue or emotional shutdown — often without even realising how depleted they have become.
At The Zenergy Centre, we are increasingly seeing how important it is to create spaces where people can simply pause, breathe and feel safe enough to reset.
Supporting the Nervous System
One of the most encouraging things we are observing through our VScan HRV data is the positive effect that spending time in the Zenergy Room appears to have on nervous system balance.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) gives us insight into how adaptable and resilient the nervous system is.
What we are seeing — both in the short term and even more noticeably after repeated sessions — is that many clients are moving towards a more balanced state.
Clients often describe feeling:
Calmer
More emotionally balanced
More resilient
More optimistic
Better able to cope with life’s challenges
For some, this means shifting away from feeling:
Withdrawn
Stuck in survival mode
Mentally exhausted
Emotionally shut down
And instead beginning to reconnect with:
Energy
Clarity
Motivation
Hope
A sense of self again
More Than Just Time in the Room
One thing we have become deeply aware of over the last two years is that healing and wellbeing are often supported not only by the time spent in the Zenergy Room itself, but also through the human connection that happens around it.
Some of the most meaningful moments happen:
In conversations in reception after sessions
During workshops and events
Through people listening to and supporting one another
Through simply feeling understood and less alone
We don’t just think about mental health during the month of May — it is something that remains very much in our awareness all year round as we listen to the stories of our clients and witness how, over time, many begin not just to cope… but to truly flourish.
Zen Men – Monthly Men’s Support Group
Our Zen Men monthly support group was created with exactly this in mind.
Held on the first Saturday of each month, it offers a safe, supportive space where men can:
Talk openly
Listen without judgement
Share experiences
Or simply sit quietly in the company of others
The sessions include time in the Zenergy Room along with a healing guided meditation, helping to support both emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation.
Sometimes the greatest healing begins with connection.
The Power of Action
This year’s theme from the Mental Health Foundation is “Action” — recognising that awareness alone is not enough unless it inspires positive change.
Action can be:
Taking time to support your own wellbeing
Reaching out and connecting with others
Creating communities where people feel safe, supported and heard
Sometimes the smallest actions can have the biggest impact — pausing to rest, checking in on a friend, having a meaningful conversation, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.
At The Zenergy Centre, we see every day how moments of connection, kindness and nervous system regulation can help people move from surviving to flourishing.
Mental wellbeing is not built through quick fixes, but through consistent acts of care — for ourselves and for one another.
Together, small actions create meaningful change.
Perhaps take a few moments
Looking Ahead…
Over the coming months, we are also hoping to introduce a series of deeper wellbeing sessions and retreats focused on topics such as:
Understanding and managing stress
Barriers to recovery
Nervous system regulation
Emotional resilience and wellbeing
These are planned as 4-hour retreats within the Zenergy Room, combining:
Informative talks
Gentle discussion and reflection
Guided meditation
Deep relaxation
Our intention is to create supportive, practical and nurturing experiences that help people better understand themselves and their wellbeing.
Keep an eye out for more details coming soon…
You Are Not Alone
Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with “doing more.”
Sometimes it begins with finally allowing ourselves to rest.
A calm nervous system, a supportive environment, meaningful conversations and moments of stillness can all play an important role in helping people feel more grounded, connected and hopeful again.
With love and light,
The Zenergy Centre Team ✨

The Zenergy Centre Story: How It All Began
The Zenergy Centre Story: How It All Began
Every journey starts with a moment of inspiration—and for us, that moment came in 2023.
Five friends, four of whom were neighbours, found ourselves watching a YouTube interview with Dr Sandra Rose Michael, the inventor of the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem). As we listened, we were captivated. Dr Michael shared not only the history behind the technology, but also her lifelong work in natural healing and the many powerful stories from individuals who had experienced profound changes after spending time in EESystem centres.
Something about it stayed with us.
That conversation quickly turned into a question:
What if we could bring this to our own community?
At the time, there were no EESystem centres in the UK. The closest one was in Belgium. It would have been easy to leave the idea there—but instead, we chose to take a leap. Together, we made the bold decision to invest in a 24-unit system, long before we had even experienced it for ourselves.
Our First Experience
Later that year, we finally had the opportunity to visit a centre just north of London (it had only just opened) for a four-hour session.
We set off together, full of excitement and curiosity, not quite knowing what to expect. We came prepared—books to read, journals for reflections, blankets and pillows to stay comfortable.
But very quickly, we realised we wouldn’t need most of it.
The sense of relaxation we experienced was so deep that reading more than a few pages became almost impossible. Instead, we found ourselves drifting into rest—sleeping, unwinding, and simply being. Time seemed to soften. We would occasionally wake for a sip of water or a short bathroom break, then return to that calm, restorative state.
It was unlike anything we had experienced before.
The Birth of “Zenergy”
On the journey home, still immersed in that feeling of calm, we began to dream.
We talked about what this space could become. What it might offer others. How it could feel to walk through the door.
Somewhere along that drive, the name came to us:
The Zenergy Centre.
A blend of “zen” and “energy”—capturing both the deep relaxation and the powerful technology we had just experienced.
And just like that, the vision became something more real.
Turning Vision into Reality
What followed was a whirlwind of activity.
We began searching for the right premises, building a website, setting up booking systems, and shaping the look and feel of our brand. There were challenges along the way—false starts with locations and the growing pressure of an approaching delivery date for our system.
Then, just when it mattered most, we found our first home at Hub26 in Cleckheaton.
From that point on, everything began to fall into place.
Growing and Evolving
In July 2025 four directors became three but the dream continued...
After a wonderful 18 months at Hub26—filled with learning, growth, and connection—we felt ready for the next step in our journey.
We made the decision to move to a new space that would allow us to expand and enhance the experience we offer.
Today, you’ll find us in our current home within the conference space at Cedar Court Hotel Bradford—a setting that reflects the calm, comfort, and quality we always envisioned for The Zenergy Centre.
Looking Ahead
When we think back to that first conversation in 2023, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come.
What started as a shared idea between friends has grown into something we’re deeply proud of—a space dedicated to relaxation, wellbeing, and community.
And this is only the beginning.....
