Standard EESystem sessions in multiples of 1 hour

Our 11-hour overnight sessions at the Zenergy Centre offer a deeply restorative experience designed to support the body and mind's natural healing processes. While you rest, your body is hard at work—performing essential maintenance tasks, repairing tissues, balancing hormones, and resetting your nervous system.

Memberships provide a more cost effective way to access regular EESystem sessions and making that commitment to yourself, your health and well-being. Choose from £100 per month for 6 hours, £200 per month for 12 hours and £300 per month for 18 hours

Working out at £20 per hour, choose from 10 hours, 20 hours or 40 hours

12 years and under children can attend a dedicated session each Sunday morning 10-11am. Each child must be accompanied by one adult. The cost is £30 for 1 adult + 1 child

These include a monthly sound bath, chi gong, breath work, guided meditations, Zen Men support group and spiritual/personal development workshops
