Thomas began his mediation journey age 15 by discovering the power of guided body scan techniques. Since then he has developed metaphysical skills and experience by training in Akashic record reading, hypnotherapy and transformational healing techniques with Vernon Frost to develop his natural intuitive abilities. Thomas uses these skills along with his keen insight to be able to uncover blocks that are holding you back. Over the past ten years Thomas been expanding and honing his abilities and knowledge, developing his direction working with the Akasha through guided mediation for an intuitive-based approach to self discovery.
