Many of the patterns that affect our health aren't conscious. They run quietly in the background, shaping what we reach for, what we avoid, and how we respond when things get hard. Most of us sense this. Fewer of us have had the space to actually look at it.
This guided group experience uses structured meditation and carefully chosen reflective prompts to support gentle enquiry with the subconscious mind. You will be guided into a calm, focused state and invited to notice what arises - a memory, an image, a physical sensation, a quiet awareness. There is no requirement to share, analyse, or revisit anything in detail. You work quietly with your own experience throughout, and you remain fully in control of your process from start to finish.
The questions woven into the guidance are designed to help you notice where certain beliefs may have formed, and how they continue to influence how you respond - particularly in the area of health. The emphasis is on noticing, not forcing. The final section introduces the principles of updating beliefs using intention and focused attention, working with the brain's natural capacity to learn and, where it's ready, to shift.
This is a contained, accessible introduction to Belief Coding. Space afterwards allows for reflection, sharing if you choose, and a period of relaxation. Whether you leave with a clear insight or simply a question worth sitting with, both are exactly right.
