The theme for October is Discovering Our Inner Peace and Tranquility
When we practice meditation we are training our minds to live more fully in the present moment and we expand our inner landscapes. This in turn affects our daily lives.
Through guided meditation we can allow our very busy minds to rest and relax, allowing us to discover inner peace and tranquility.
